A’laa an Associate Certified Coach (ACC) & Advanced Certified in Team Coaching (ACTC), accredited by the International Coaching Federation (ICF). She has delivered more than 500+ hours of one-to-one and team coaching sessions.
She is a Certified Trainer that delivered technical and non-technical training for more than 20 years. Currently more focused on Business Transformations, Team Dynamics, Strategic Doing and Team Dynamics.
A’laa is volunteering board member in ICF Chapter Egypt, promoting the ethical and Gold standard of coaching in Egypt and the region.
